this is my first attempt at bread making. it was actually a lot of fun to play with the dough. the worst part was the waiting. I’m bad at that, and did sort of worry about the dough rising and all that. but now that I’ve done it, I can totally make this a thing I do on weekends. since it took nearly a whole day. but yay bread. can’t wait to taste it!
